For Bianca, Michael, and their daughter Aurora, HHM Health has become a trusted healthcare partner. Bianca first learned about HHM Health when signing up for Medicaid. After looking into the clinic further and experiencing the care during her pregnancy, she knew it was the right choice for her family. “Once I looked into it more, I knew it was the right choice—especially after experiencing the wonderful care of the doctors,” she says.
Michael has been equally impressed with the quality of care. He values how providers take the time to understand their medical history and approach each appointment with that in mind. “What I like the most is how the doctors pay attention to our history,” he explains. “They come to each appointment prepared and remember changes, which makes everything flow smoothly.”
The family regularly sees Dr. Raj, whom both Bianca and Michael praise for her attentive and caring approach. “She is wonderful and lovely,” Bianca says, while Michael adds, “She’s great—she really listens and makes you feel cared for.”
In addition to Aurora’s care, Bianca also sees Amy Melendez at the specialty clinic. “Amy is so easy to talk to and a wonderful provider,” Bianca shares.
Though Michael hasn’t sought care at HHM Health for himself, he would recommend the pediatric clinic to others. “I’d definitely recommend it, though a lot of our friends don’t have kids yet,” he says.
As for Aurora, Bianca notes with a smile, “Aurora is always really smiley. I think it says a lot about the care she’s receiving.”
