This group is any parent or caregiver of children ages birth to 18 to gain support, advice, and free resources on the challenges of parenting. These workshops are $10 per session. Sign up through your provider or call 214-221-0855 to get enrolled.

The group has discussion based activities using different art forms. These art forms will later become a part of their “survivor kit” to serve as a reminder of their resilience they possess when facing these challenges.

Our services for the youngest members of our community focus on early childhood development. We provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children aged 0-5, helping them and their families with:
- Behavioral Assessments: Identifying and addressing behavioral concerns in early childhood.
- Developmental Milestone Assessments: Identify and address progress in developmental milestones.
- Parenting Support: Offering guidance to parents to help them navigate the challenges of raising young children and skills to support each child’s development progress.
- Play Therapy: Using play to help children express their feelings and emotions.
For school-age children, we offer a range of services to assist them in navigating the challenges of growing up. Our services for children aged 6-12 include:
- Individual Counseling: Helping children identify, cope, and express various emotions and concerns.
- Play Therapy: Using play to help children express their feelings and emotions.
- Family Therapy: Assisting families in fostering healthy communication and relationships.
Teenagers face unique emotional and developmental challenges. Our adolescent-focused services aim to support them as they transition into adulthood, offering:

- Substance Abuse Counseling: Providing guidance on substance use and addiction.

I’m Dr. Leti Cavazos, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself to you. My team and I are here to provide mental health support, and we’re excited to help you with any challenges you might be facing. We understand that taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, or other issues, we are here to give you the right care.
Our team consists of experienced professionals who care about your well-being. We believe in treating both your mind and body to help you feel your best. I’d love to meet you and work with you personally. But if you’d rather meet with one of my team members, that’s okay too. You’ll still get great care.
