Once a month, a Teen Clinic is held at our Woodhill location from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. At this clinic, patients can receive well visits, immunizations including Flu, Covid, and HPV, mental health screenings for conditions such as anxiety and depression, sports physicals, STI/HIV screenings, contraception, 1-1 private conversations with providers about health concerns, and more. For initial newborn visits, please bring your discharge documents. If your child recently visited an emergency room, please bring the ER discharge documents. If your child recently moved into the area or changed medical centers, please bring all vaccination records and medical records.
A sports physical is given to clear a person’s ability to participate in sports. It does not include lab work, diagnostic testing, or screenings for diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, or sexually transmitted diseases. This exam is more simplified than an annual physical exam which is a comprehensive exam that aims to follow up on current diagnoses identify new diagnoses and develop a treatment plan.
